Job Risk Analysis

Employment Screening is a crucial risk management tool. RISQ believe the successful implementation of an Employment Screening strategy involves adopting a risk-based approach from the outset by assessing each job description against the risks to the organisation should an incident occur. Job Risk Analysis ensures tailored employment screening packages which address the risks inherent in each role, to a specific organisation.

Pre-Employment Screening

RISQ conducts Employment Screening on potential job candidates who are seeking employment with our clients. Employment Screening can assist with identifying unqualified, inexperienced and undesirable candidates before they have commenced employment with an organisation or during their probationary period.

Promotions, Transfers and Corporate Restructures

RISQ conducts employment screening on individuals prior to promotion, transfer and during corporate restructures. RISQ can assess any changing risks to the organisation within a role arising from variations in circumstances between the current and new role, and undertake new or additional background screening as required.

Executive Screening
