Fraud Risk Assessment

RISQ has developed a practical and comprehensive process to enable manage ment to integrate fraud prevention into an operational risk strategy.

Our methodology is consistent with the Australian and New Zealand Standa rd for Risk Management AS/NZS 4360 and will enable your organisation to repeat the exercise in other areas without the need for further external resources.

The process has two main components:

	Interviews and workshops with key personnel
	Mitigation strategies containing medium and longer term recommendations
